2015 ISD Officer Recruitment

There was a total of 42 applicants who has applied for the position of ISD officer. Two stage of interview being held, first stage being a group interview with the question “Identify a problem that ISD is facing” and applicants were being judge according their ideas given, performance during group presentation and their ability to work as a team. Each group was given a total of 20 minutes from introduction to discussing to presentation. Applicants who passed the first stage of interview will proceed to the second stage of interview.
The second stage of interview was an individual interview in order to know about the particular individual ranging from their working style, personality, commitments and etc. Around 10 minutes was given to each individual applicant.
As result, 19 applicants was chosen and allocated to each department, which are department of publications, events, liaison and advocacy.
